I had to get a subscription to this software for a class and was given an educational discount code. When I went to check out and pay I figured there would be a promo code section but there wasn't any. Entered in my payment information and thought that maybe it would be on the billing section of the next page but the next page said the transaction went through. I'm just wondering if there's anyone I can email about this to get a partial refund in the amount that I would have saved with my code.
