Undefined appearing in maps references

In some boxes the numbering for map references includes the word "undefined", e.g., "3undefinedH-a".

It's happening in quite few places, but I cannot see anything wrong.

This is happening in a public read-only map of mine, Brexit, if you want to look at it.
