When you want to add a link to e.g. a document or site in a box of a map or on the workspace of bCisive: do only use http://..., and do not use https://... : delete the 's'.
So when you want to add a document to a map as a link (and not as attachment to a map), save the document in a shared map of e.g. your Dropbox or Google drive, generate a shareable link and insert the link in the screen in Hyperlink on the ribbon in Rationale as http://..without an 's'
